An international jury composed of cultural and diplomatic personalities and the International Children Jury have chosen the winners, the prince and the princess of the Festival. After 3 days of Contest, took place the Council of Europe Clubs leaders Assembly where participated: Dan Verejanu, the President of the First Council of Europe Club (Moldova, Chisinau), Alexander Baytchev (Bulgaria), Carim (Tighina-Bender), Elena Bondari (Tiraspol), Alexandra Lukina (Moscow, Russia), Stefana Neuman (Romania), Ala Castelean (Ukraine) and UNESCO Clubs leaders.
